Text: PSALM 34:4

"I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears"Whatever place we are in our lives today, we must understand this truth. We got to this place by following a path. We may not have intended to wind up here, but each of us got to the place where we are in life today by following a path.

If you are in a place of fear and anxiety, you followed a path that got you here. It may not have been intentional. It rarely is. You got here by following a path, and in order to move away from fear and anxiety, you have to move to a different path.

You have to be bold, and allow Jesus to redirect your path today. You have to change thyour pathf you want to change where you are in life.

Jesus offered us a different pathway. A path that leads to peace and joy. A path that leads away from fear and anxiety. A path that leads to heaven.

If your path has led to a life of fear, anxiety, and worry… I have good news for you! You can change the path you are on.

You can follow Jesus on His path, a road that leads to life. Jesus said, “I am come that they might have life, and have it more abundantly.

Fear is a symptom that you are on the wrong path. But you don’t have to stay on that path.

God does not give us a spirit of fear. He gives us the ability to live a full and victorious life.

For I am the Lord, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says, " Do not fear; I will help you.” Isaiah 43:13

This does not mean our lives will be trouble-free- far from it. But the message of God’s word is that fear...of our enemies, of the future, of failure, whatever your fear is- need not dominate your life and paralyze you from living victorious.

When fear sets in

Confess these words of the bible and be strong

Psalm 27:1

The Lord is my light and my Salvation, so why should I be afraid”

Isaiah 41:10

“Don’t be afraid for I am with you. Do not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you. I will help you. I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.

As we sail through this day, may the Lord give us the spirit of boldness to make good decisions in Jesus' name.

Amen

Have a fruitful day
